The coaching services provided by A Smiley Life are for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. By participating, you agree that you understand the nature of coaching and will seek professional help from qualified providers when necessary.
 

While we are deeply committed to supporting you in your personal growth, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your success depends on many factors, including your personal commitment, effort, and external circumstances. You acknowledge that results vary from person to person.
 

You understand that you are responsible for your own well-being during and after the coaching process, including your choices and actions. You agree to communicate openly, participate fully, and do your best to complete assignments and apply the strategies discussed.
 

All payments are due in full before the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once services have begun. If you choose to discontinue coaching before your session is complete, any unused session(s) will not be refunded. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy to help prevent chargebacks.
 

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting A Smiley Life to discuss and attempt to resolve any issues. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms of this agreement and applicable law.
 

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others, court order).
 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This content is the intellectual property of A Smiley Life and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No part of this material including text, images, logos, graphics, frameworks (including the DCAI model: Desire, Comfort, Attitude, Intention), or any original concepts may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express written permission of A Smiley Life. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
